Honestly I feel compelled to update my negative review after visiting a competing boba shop nearby and receiving the most disgusting, overpriced drink. Sencha keeps their prices low, comparatively. They're making great efforts to promote bringing in your own reusable cup for a discount, and I commend them for that. My most recent visits have been friendly, upbeat, helpful, and included the most delicious drinks. Major improvements have been made, although I only ever visit on Saturdays when the same people generally work to ensure I have a positive experience. The only thing that could bring my rating to a full 5 stars is if they started selling reusable boba cups.

I have never been a fan of this location to be honest. I havent been here for a long time, so I decided to come back and hope for better. I ordered an avocado shake with pearls. I got my drink, and it was SO watered down and it tasted like ice with no hint of any flavoring. I asked the worker to make me another drink, and she kindly did so! However, the new drink was not any better. I couldn't drink it because of how bad it tasted.. My boyfriend also ordered a drink, and it was a different flavor; however, it was super watered down too. The textures of the drinks were awful.

The girl that helped me was very friendly and very helpful but their drinks are terrible. Well, to clarify, their nitro coffee is terrible and their boba isn't cooked properly at all. Their nitro coffee is so so miserably bitter, even milk and sugar didn't help it. It had zero flavor except for the horribly bitter taste like I felt like I was drinking cleaner. The bobas were undercooked so they were super hard and chewy, super unpleasant. We love milk tea, coffee, nitro, boba, etc. and get it on the regular but this place is terrible. They are also really expensive compared to other places, especially with how terrible the drinks are. The 2 stars is for the super helpful girl and the fact that they have a military discount.

The yelp page clearly states they are dog friendly. However when I arrived they said they are not. Someone needs to keep their company info updated because I drove here specifically to enjoy a drink with my dog. It is unacceptable for any company to not maintain their online information and keep it up to date.

Drinks were good. Wouldn't call them exceptional but definitely satisfy a craving for bubble tea. Love that the shop is open late
